Do you always eat on the run? This evening, dinner will be increased to grab a quick burger drive-thru? If so, you're missing the opportunity to communicate with your partner. As often as possible, share your food on the table in the quiet of your own home. Do not plan a big production, or seated dinner plans almost never materialize. Good China gives a nice touch, but not necessary. Turn off your phone and let the answering machine pick up calls. Listen to soothe music instead of the TV at full volume. Light candles to add a little romance to the room if desired. Providing a relaxing atmosphere for dinner and to see it become food for your marriage and your body.
